| Several months ago
I was approached by our financial department and asked to evaluate
different options for cost saving ideas (one idea was to eliminate
our employee service award program). |

Short to see if there was any way to help reduce the cost of
our overall program without having to A) cut the program out
altogether or B) compromise quality and/or service. |
| Within a short period
