I wanted to let you and C.A. Short Company know how smoothly everything went for Baylor College of Medicine's 2003 Service Awards Program. This was our first year with C.A. Short Company and it was a pleasure working with you to get everything we needed for the program. The service provided was prompt and everyone at the company was very helpful and courteous any time I called or emailed with a question or to increase our pin order.

Awardees really appreciated the gift selections offered to them and the ease in which they were able to order their gifts. There was such a wide assortment of gifts to select from that I even had some calls to verify that they could actually order the gifts listed. In the past they did not have a large and varied selection. Their gifts were shipped directly to them and no one had any problems with any of the items selected.

The invoicing for the gifts was very easy to follow, listing all awardees, gifts ordered and the address the gift was shipped to and was sent once a month rather than after each individual gift was shipped.

I look forward to working with you and the C.A. Short Company on our award program in 2004.
