| First of all let me say what a pleasure it has been for me to have C.A. Short providing the level of service as the first few months of 2004 pass us by. |
| I have enjoyed working with Kim [CSR], who has worked very diligently and promptly on every request I have had. She has shown such dedication for our account and I am very grateful. |
