| The
deciding factor
in selecting C.A. Short was
the award selection and the timing of delivery.
As I stated before, our employees were requesting more variety
in the gift selection. When we had our focus groups C.A.
Short was selected by all because of the number of items to
choose from. |
| The
other service award vendors did not offer near amount of the
gifts that C.A. Short had to offer. Management also had
a goal to decrease the amount of time it takes employees to
receive their gifts as that was the number two complaint among
our employees. |
| We
went from a 90 day delivery time to a few days, which was a
major plus in the eyes of management.
