All too often in our hectic society, employees and customers are quick to pass judgement and impart negative feedback. I, however, believe that when a job is well done, it should be acknowledged.
After speaking with individuals responsible for our service award programs and the award recipient's themselves, I would like to thank you and your colleagues for a job well done. We received very helpful advice and our presentation materials arrived in perfect order ahead of schedule.
The selection and quality of the gifts impressed the recipient's, not to mention the convenience of home delivery and how quickly each gift was received after ordering. Many employees told me that the customer service staff was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
These are just a few of the many reasons we, as a company, have decided to bring all of our companies and their salaried and hourly employees into the program we developed with you last year. As you are aware, this process has begun and I am told by various sites that the process has been moving along quite effortlessly and efficiently.
Working in conjunction with C.A. Short has made our recognition programs easier on our staff to administer and a true pleasure to present to our employees. With your help, we have been able to truly make our loyal and dedicated employees feel that their contributions have been appreciated and will continue to be appreciated into the future.
