| Just thought I
would drop you a little note about our recent HR Meeting. As
you know, I did a presentation about C.A.Short and the service
award program in general for our HR Representatives (approximately
70 attended). |
| The consensus was
that the employees liked the program and they were pleasantly
surprised at the selection and quality of the gifts they received
from C.A. Short. When I asked for a show of hands if they had
any complaints, no one raised their hands. |
| At a time when
we have to increase health care premiums or reduce benefits
to remain competitive, It's nice to have a program that gives
rather than takes away. Loyalty is often overlooked but this
program rewards the employee for his/her service and tenure.
