| With C.A. Short,
you get better recognition with far less work. For example,
awards used to be sent to the workplace for presentation events.
This was a hassle because with 1400 employees and quarterly
banquets, the office stayed crowded and unorganized. C.A. Short,
however, gives us the option of getting the awards sent to the
recipients' homes. Having the awards sent home instead of multiple
gifts in the office eliminates recipients receiving the wrong
gifts. It also gets rid of late and broken gifts. |
| More importantly,
it gives us the chance to recognize our employees twice...once
in front of their peers at the banquet with their presentation
box and once in front of their family when they receive the
gift they choose from the catalog. |
| Our employees love
being recognized in front of their colleagues. Reaching a milestone
is significant and being applauded for the accomplishment is
important to them. As an administrator, I love that each presentation
box is labeled on the outside. The program is ideal for us ...especially
with the added awards for the newly formed 1-year anniversary
recipients. |
