want to take a moment to commend C.A. Short on the Holiday
gift program it is currently running for our 23,000 Fiserv
employees. After running this program for several years through
a different company I feel the need to write you and compliment
you on the job your company [C.A. Short] is doing to make
this program a huge success. |
When
dealing with such a diverse range of employee backgrounds
and a limited budget per person, I have found that these
types of catalog programs can be a disappointment rather than
a "perk". This year I have had a great response,
on all levels, complimenting the new program. |

There
are several features that have set C.A. Short's program above
the rest. First and foremost is the beautifully displayed
catalog with such a variety of gifts. I have heard many employees
saying, 'Last year I had trouble picking one gift. This year
I can't make up my mind!'. Also, the quality of the items
to choose from for the level of gifts offered is apparent.
The perceived value of these gifts makes the employee feel
even more appreciated. |

additional pieces to the program also need special recognition;
your warehouse; packing and shipping has been flawless. Customer
service, for all the extra special attention they give on a
daily basis. To our Corporate Account Manager who from day one
has gone above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to all. |
