We are seeking a proven, Business Development Specialist with a concentration in Telemarketing. The objective is to schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers in the rewards/recognition space. The candidate will work out of our Charlotte North Carolina office. Some of the key duties of this role are: prospect for potential new clients, plan approaches and pitches, explain our services and answer questions from potential clients, participate in marketing and sales activities as needed and more as assigned.
The right candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational, time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills along with a strong sense of networking and client focus. You should have persuasion, prospecting, public speaking and closing skills in your background and be able to articulate solutions and their value to business executives.
