POSITION: Regional Account Manager                                   

REPORTS TO: VP of Sales and Marketing




Identify ideals sales prospects. Present and sell company products and services to potential customers.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals. 

Establish professional relationships with existing customers in the territory for the purpose of maintaining and increasing the existing base of business. 

Able to use a CRM tool, preferably Dynamics 365. Have the ability to prepare a variety of reports for Sales Managers such as CRM Dashboards, weekly action plans and continuously update CRM calendar.

Must use the telephone to seek out and make appointments with decision makers within companies. Arrange appointments to discuss the programs that the company has to offer.

Present proposals to potential customers utilizing marketing materials appropriate for the program.

Must have understanding and ability to suggest solutions and program options that are best suited to each prospect or customer, based upon their specific needs.

Know and work within C.A. Short policies and procedures as they pertain to Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales and other departments.

Know competitors, their products, their prices, their strengths, and weaknesses.

All other duties as assigned.



Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing.

A minimum of 5 years professional business to business sales experience.

Proven professional sales training certification, preferably Sandler Sales trained.

Possess advanced PC skills including all Microsoft Office applications.

Possess strong phone and organizational skills.

Possess the ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Possess the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Must be professional, energetic, self-starter, and dependable.
