Best Management Engagement

The C.A. Short Company recognition program with the best manager score metrics determined by the highest percentage of manager engagement as well as the highest impact of manager score to employee score.

Most Successful Program Launch

A recognition program with the highest adoption rate during the first 30, 60, and 90 days. This program also utilized a clear communication plan and included training.

Top Performing Years of Service Program

A service award program with the highest percentage of award certificate redemptions and engagement.

Top Performing Safety Program

A safety program that reinforced and recognized safe work behaviors according to the program guide.

Highest Overall Engagement

A recognition program with the highest year-over-year employee engagement scores, including manager and/or employee engagement.
