All-In Award Criteria

The C.A. Short Company recognition program with the best manager score metrics determined by the highest percentage of manager engagement as well as the highest impact of manager score to employee score.

A recognition program with the highest adoption rate during the first 30, 60, and 90 days. This program also utilized a clear communication plan and included training.

A service award program with the highest percentage of award certificate redemptions and engagement.

A safety program that reinforced and recognized safe work behaviors according to the program guide.

A recognition program with the highest year-over-year employee engagement scores, including manager and/or employee engagement.

The recognition program with the most significant increase in People Are Everything platform usage and recognition activities.

A total recognition program with the overall best scorecard metrics. 

Metrics ranged from login rates to use of Recognition Room for true recognition to highest overall program score.
